Ken brings 11 years experience in technology and security, designing, building and managing complex systems for companies such as iovation, Centennial Software, Tektronix, Eye Velocity and Pacific University. Ken's research and development in the area of endpoint security has been included in numerous articles, books and other publication and he is regularly interviewed by the press as a subject matter expert regarding device theft, data security and privacy.
Ken holds a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College and a M.S. from the University of Portsmouth.
With over 30 years experience in financial services and high technology companies, Mark has consistently led companies to high growth levels and increased profitability. In both CFO and COO roles, Mark managed the financial and HR functions for three previous startups that created over $300 million in shareholder wealth: Rosetta Technologies, which was successfully purchased by a strategic buyer in 1998; Extensis Corporation (renamed Creativepro.com in 1998) that grew over 1,000% per year, was recognized as the 53rd fastest growing technology company in 1999, and was purchased by ImageX.com (NASDAQ: IMGX) in 2000; and Ateq Corporation, which was originally acquired by Etec Systems in 1991 then Applied Materials in 2000.
In addition to his startup experiences, Mark has banking experience as a VP at Pacific Continental Bank and Assistant VP at First Interstate Bank of Oregon and Mark was a Senior Accountant for Price Waterhouse Coopers early in his career. Mark has a B.A. in Finance from the University of Idaho and is a licensed CPA in Oregon.
Vince brings 12 years of experience in designing and building enterprise applications as well as developing data warehouses and OLAP cubes to meet BI requirements. Vince also has experience developing in a Agile environment using Extreme Programming methodology.
Vince holds a BS from Oregon State University.
Matthew has been designing and developing web applications and desktop software for about 15 years for companies such as Blackbox Republic, Centennial Software, iovation, Transim Technology, and EyeVelocity.
Matthew earned a B.F.A. in Advertising and Graphic Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design.
Justin brings a wide range of experience from community management, to PR & marketing, to user experience design. Previously he co-founded Mugasha.com, an online music service, as well as Inkblot Robot, a boutique design firm.
Justin holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska.
Lamont has over 24 years experience in commercial finance including seven years as Regional Sales Manager for Deutsche Financial Services directing sales in eight Western States. The last six years he has been Vice-President of Sales for SoftRight Pro, a leading provider of point of sale software and retail security systems.
Lamont has a B.S. from Portland State University.
